I truly never thought I would get the body I’ve always wanted. For starters, walking into the office the day before my surgery to do my pre-op appointment, I was extremely nervous, but I was welcomed by his amazing staff, and I was already communicating with Karla, so finally meeting her, I already felt comfortable. My appointment went well. Dr. Nieto made me feel very comfortable and ready for my surgery the next day. The day of the surgery, everything went smoothly and as expected. The hospital staff was also amazing, not one bad experience. Post-surgery, I met with Maria Jose, who handled all my post-surgery appointments as well as my drains and massages, she answered all of my questions when I needed her. UPPER BLEPHAROPLASTY- Edit Feb 2026: I saw the doctor to remove a cyst when i went down again vacationing in Puerto Morelos. He also followed up on my blepharoplasty at the same time he measured and suggested we take a little more skin from the eyelids. He told me he would do.it for free. Of course I accepted. Also, a comment was made by another user that said they only take PayPal. This is untrue. I used my credit card at their machine. Fyi May 2025 This is the best plastic surgery clinic around! I flew all the way from Canada to have an upper blepharoplasty and brow lift done. I'm so happy I chose to go here. Dr. Gabriel took very good care of me and answered all of my questions before I made the choice to go. As a nurse, asepsis is important to me, as well as post procedure antibiotics. I did not have to ask for anything as he already prescribed antibiotics and pain control meds. He maintained a perfectly sterile field during the surgery. 11 days post op and I am so happy with my results! While at the clinic for the procedure and upon returning a week later for stitches removal, I met 2 different patients from the US. It was great to connect with others from outside MX that made the decision to have their work done in here. It's important to mention that Karla was my first connection at Riviera Institute. She was amazing and responded quickly to my requests. She sent quotes and set up a meeting with the doctor, scheduled my procedure, looked after getting me to and from the clinic on surgery day. She was great and I'm so thankful to have had her as my main contact. The clinic is located in Galenia hospital which is JCI accredited. I recommend this place to everyone! I will be back. Me realicé una cirugía estética con el Dr. Adrián N. y quedé encantada con los resultados que fueron visibles desde el 1er día, ahora han pasado 6 meses y los resultados son aún mejores, nunca tuve algún inconveniente o dolor. El trato que te da todo el personal es muy bueno, siempre están pendiente de ti, si tienes dudas o un tema que llegues a tener. I live in the States and travel to Cancun for Dr Maldonado, he is a highly trained plastic surgeon that has always yielded amazing, yet natural looking, never over done results. The cost is less than half what would be spent here and the results are excellent. I will continue to visit Dr Maldonado as I see necessary in the future. Si quieres lo mejor, no busques más. Había querido un cambio de imagen de mamá durante muchos años y siempre dudé en seguir adelante y hacerlo. No solo por la ansiedad de la cirugía electiva sino también por los costos. Viniendo de los Estados Unidos, donde una cirugía como esta costaría fácilmente más de $ 30,000 o más. Había investigado mucho sobre médicos en Cancún y encontré al Dr. Adrián Nieto. Desde la primera visita al consultorio hasta la atención posoperatoria, no podría estar más impresionado. Quedé impresionado con la habilidad hospitalaria y quirúrgica y el desempeño de estos médicos. Los recomiendo mucho y no puedo decir lo suficiente sobre toda la experiencia. Si estás indeciso… no lo estés. No he sido tan feliz en más de 25 años y todo es gracias a este grupo de médicos y profesionales. ¡Asombroso!

I did my rhinoplasty with Dr. Nain . Dr.Nain and his team took amazing care of me with my stay at the hospital. Most of his staff spoke English so we were able to communicate effectively (as a patient coming from United States ) . Throughout the whole process. Dr. Nain made sure of for the optimal results I wanted as a patient during our consultation and really takes his time to make his patients feel comfortable and safe. He was very attentive for post op care and I couldn’t be more happier choosing him as my surgeon .
I came outside of the Country Just to see this surgeon and I highly recommend you as well seek him.
