After doing research and with much consideration, I decided to have a brachioplasty, upper bra roll liposuction and a breast reduction with Dr. Gabriel Flores. I held off for years on having surgery especially for a breast reduction. I was suffering from chronic back pain, shoulder pain, and body insecurities. Off and on for years, I was seeing a pain management specialist, chiropractor and a physical therapist in order to manage my pain. Since having surgery, I feel like a weight has been lifted off of my shoulders. I cannot begin to explain the physical relief my body feels since having undergone surgery. Dr. Gabriel Flores did an excellent job! I am highly pleased with my results. What made this process for me even better was how attentive the staff was at the office and at Gallenia Hospital. Since day one, Karla, the receptionist/scheduling coordinator scheduled all of my pre-operative, operative and post operative appointments making it easier for me managing appointments. Post-operatively, nurse Maria, helped me through my recovery with lymphatic massages so that my body could heal effectively. Lets not forget the team that worked with Dr. Gabriel Flores in the operating room to assist him in surgery and to assure my safety. I was a bit nerves at first starting to line up for surgery but after the zoom meeting with Dr Gabriel I felt more at ease, I can't say enough about the WHOLE TEAM at Riviera plastic Cancun, I had (lipedema) thigh liposuction and brachioplasty done at the same time in March 2026, THANK YOU SO MUCH Dr Gabriel for doing such an amazing job and for the kindness, he explained everything so well before and after surgery, my nurse Maria did a wonderful job with ultrasound/laser therapy and taking great care of my wounds, and Karla was always so cheerful and welcoming from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. I cannot say enough good things about the support staff, Nurses and Doctors! If you have been wanting to get a procedure done this is the definitely place to do it. The staff are all bilingual and speak nearly perfect English. The facility is brand new and the hospital where the procedures are done is top of all the line. The after care is fantastic as well with their new massage area for Lazer treatments, ultrasonic treatments, lymphatic massage and whatever else they do. This place and the staff are truly 5 star. I would (and have) highly recommended plastic surgery Riviera to anyone who may be interested. As I said before , honestly I cannot say enough good things about the team. Dr. David Lurduy was fantastic to deal with, warm and caring presence with a big smile and positive attitude.
